Tumisang Gilbert Lebogang is a seasoned Finance Director with over 12 years’ experience driving financial strategy, governance, and performance across multi market operations in Southern Africa. He is highly skilled in financial reporting, revenue growth, tax management, and regulatory compliance within listed and regulated organisations.

Tumisang is an FCCA qualified professional, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Botswana, and completed the Management Development Programme at the University of Cape Town. He is recognised for translating complex financial data into clear strategic insights that enable sustainable business growth.

He previously served as Corporate Finance Manager at British American Tobacco Zimbabwe Holdings Limited, where he led statutory and hyperinflationary reporting, strengthened internal controls, and managed key relationships with regulators, auditors, banks, and shareholders. His career spans senior finance roles across Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, and South Africa, supported by foundational audit experience at PwC.
